A one-time $500 non-refundable deposit will secure my room and room rate for Naya Ubud, Bali. This deposit will go toward the total cost of booking.
50% of final payment due (less deposit) will be charged on August 1st, 2022. The remaining 50% will be charged October 1st, 2022.
LIABILITY POLICY: If we are unable to travel to Bali, Indonesia in October 2022 due to, but not limited to: natural disasters, war, acts of God, closure of airports, civil strife, global pandemics, accidents or failures to perform by third parties, we will postpone the retreat and attempt to run it again before May 2023.
If we are unable to travel to Bali before May 2023, an alternate retreat location will be offered. Payments will be applied to the new location.
If you have a positive case of COVID that prevents you from traveling to the retreat, you will not be refunded for your retreat payments. We recommend you have travel insurance.
