A one-time $500 non-refundable deposit will secure my room and room rate for New Zealand. This deposit will go toward the total cost of booking.
50% of final payment due (less deposit) will be charged on September 15th, 2022. The remaining 50% will be charged October 15th, 2022.
LIABILITY POLICY: If we are unable to travel to New Zealand in Novemeber 2022 due to, but not limited to: natural disasters, war, acts of God, closure of airports, civil strife, global pandemics, accidents or failures to perform by third parties, we will postpone the retreat and attempt to run it again before November 2023.
If we are unable to travel to New Zealand before November 2023, an alternate retreat location will be offered. Payments will be applied to the new location.
If you have a positive case of COVID that prevents you from traveling to the retreat, you will not be refunded for your retreat payments. We recommend travel insurance for this purpose.
